As a mediator, arbitrator, or in other capacities, former Judge Ramirez has adeptly resolved numerous cases across various industries and levels of complexity, achieving results more efficiently and cost-effectively than through litigation. Skilled in all aspects of alternative dispute resolution (ADR), Ramirez is well-versed in mediation, arbitration, special magistrate, umpire, and discovery referee roles.
