With over 32 years of experience, Martinez specializes in taxation, estate planning, trusts, wills and probate, and inheritance. He is a member of The Florida Bar Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section, the Elder Law Section, The Florida Bar, and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, Martinez is both a licensed attorney and a certified public accountant (CPA). Additionally, he is a member of the American Academy of Attorney-CPAs. Martinez holds a Master's Degree in Taxation from Florida International University, a law degree from Columbia University School of Law, and a B.B.A. degree in accounting, Cum Laude, from the University of Miami, where he was a Henry King Stanford Scholar and received a Certificate of Excellence. During his time at the University of Miami, he was a member of the university's accounting, business, and scholastic honor societies.
