Attorney Jay Rothlein, originally from Queens, New York, moved to Miami Beach at the age of 3 and grew up in South Florida. Graduating with honors from Miami Beach Senior High in 1977 at just 16 years old, he continued his education at the University of Florida. There, he earned a BSBA in Finance with honors from the School of Business in 1981 and later received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law in 1984. As a member of the Florida Bar since October 19, 1984, Jay is also affiliated with the American Bar Association and the Miami Beach Bar Association. He holds an "AV" peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is their highest designation.
