Michael C. Grieco, Esq., originally from Long Island, New York, earned a Bachelor's Degree from American University in 1997, where he worked with both the U.S. Congress and C-SPAN. He then obtained a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, where he focused on trial advocacy and interned with the Miami-Dade State Attorney. After law school, Michael joined the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office as an Assistant State Attorney to refine his litigation skills in criminal law. As a prosecutor, he handled thousands of cases, including DUI, domestic violence, drug offenses, theft, and more. He was also a member of the Gang Task Force for two years and served as a Felony Division Chief in 2005. Upon leaving the Miami-Dade County State Attorney's office, Michael joined a boutique litigation firm that provided corporate counsel for numerous Florida businesses. In 2006, he founded his own criminal law firm, dedicated to aggressively defending clients facing allegations ranging from attempted murder and narcotics trafficking to DUI and anti-trust violations.
