Business Description
Twin brother chefs, Roberto and Emanuele Bearzi, co-operate the family-owned RISTORANTE FRATELLI MILANO in Downtown Miami, bringing to life their mother's Milanese culinary heritage. The restaurant, established in 2006, expanded to accommodate growing demand for their reasonably-priced, soulful Italian dishes. Amidst the bustling growth of downtown Miami, the Bearzi family's passion project thrives, with Roberto's wife Fiorella and their friendly staff contributing to the warm atmosphere. The brothers draw inspiration from their northern Italian childhood memories of family feasts, featuring hearty soups and stews prepared by their grandmothers. These cherished flavors, along with Florida's fresh produce and abundant local seafood, shape the diverse lunch and dinner menus, as well as the ever-evolving daily specials. As Executive Chef, Roberto leads the kitchen, while Emanuele showcases his artisanal skills by handcrafting delicate pastries, specialty pastas, and breads. Among their offerings, Chef Emanuele's bombolone, a Nutella- or cream-filled Italian doughnut, has become a sought-after treat for Miami's Italian expat community.
